Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Coovia mobile app collects, why it collects it, and what rights you have over that data.
1. Who collects it
Coovia is built by an independent developer. You can reach the data controller at destek@cooviagame.com.
2. Data we collect

Coovia does not collect location data, does not access your contacts, and uses no third-party analytics or tracking tools.
3. Who we share it with
Data is never sold or rented for marketing. These providers are used to run the service:
- Google Firebase — authentication, database, file storage and notifications.
- Google AdMob — in-app ads; processes the advertising ID.
- RevenueCat — purchase validation and subscription status.
- Coovia game server — real-time position and chat traffic in the park, home and tavern scenes.
4. Retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account deletes your game data; see Delete Account for details. Purchase records may be kept longer to meet legal and accounting obligations.
New accounts whose email is not verified within 5 days are deleted automatically, along with all their data.
5. Security
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Diaries and private messages are protected by server-side rules: a couple's shared diary is readable only by that couple, and a personal diary only by its owner. The game economy (balance, inventory) is written only by the server.
6. Age
Coovia is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if we find such an account, we delete it.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you may access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, and request a copy of it. Write to destek@cooviagame.com from your account's registered email address; requests are answered within 30 days.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. You will be told in the app about significant changes; the date at the top always reflects the version in force.
