By using Coovia you agree to these terms.
1. Account
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for your account's security and for what happens under it. Multiple accounts may not be used for abuse.
2. Conduct
Harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, impersonation and unlawful content are not allowed. Accounts breaking these rules may be suspended or closed without notice.
3. Virtual currency and purchases
- Coins and gems are in-game virtual currency. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred outside the app.
- Purchases go through Google Play Billing; refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
- If your account is closed for breaking the rules, remaining virtual currency is not refunded.
4. Your content
The content you add to your diaries and messages remains yours. We process it only to provide the service — storing it and showing it to you and, in a shared diary, to your partner.
5. Changes to the service
Features may be added, changed or removed. If the service is discontinued entirely, users will be told in the app a reasonable time in advance.
6. Limitation of liability
Coovia is provided «as is». It is not guaranteed to run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages.
